Chad Bowman
Chad proudly served four years in the U.S. Marine Corps infantry before earning his bachelor’s degree as a Finance and Business Honors major at the University of Texas at Austin.  Shortly thereafter he started his financial services career in senior finance and project management positions with two Fortune 500 companies before becoming a licensed mortgage banker.  Chad has been originating and processing residential mortgages full-time, including VA loans, since 2004. In addition to providing home loans, Chad also teaches workshops to Realtors and the general public about the VA and FHA programs.  Chad lives in Austin with his best friend and wife, Tara, and their two boys, Will and Ben.

Chad’s Team
In his quest for continual improvement, Chad built our team to ensure his fellow military veterans would have a dedicated team, highly-trained and experienced in the details of the home loan programs made specifically for military vets.   He has done the same thing for our FHA programs as well.  Chad’s team includes:  Chad and his assistant, a dedicated loan processor and her assistant, two in-house company VA underwriters, two in-house company closers, and a branch operations manager who oversees the entire process. Everyone on our team is accessible and together we are fast and efficient in providing loans to our clients.

United Lending is headquartered in Austin, Texas. We are a mortgage banking branch office of Network Funding, but we have our own dedicated in-house Operations Team. All of our loans are originated, processed, and underwritten at our Austin office and funded at the title company of your choice.
