Applying For Pre-Approval
Choose whichever method is best for you! Apply By Phone => Call (512) 646-0800 and Chad will either take your application over the phone or schedule a time to do so. Application by phone typically takes about 20 to 30 minutes. This is our preferred method because we can better understand your situation when we speak with you directly. (Please use this option for sure if you are applying for a VA Interest Rate Reduction Refinancing Loan.) Apply Online => Click here to go to our secure online home loan application. You will typically hear back from us within 24 hours of your application submission during regular business hours.
Apply By Fax or Mail => Download a paper application, enter the information in Adobe Acrobat or print and complete by hand, and then fax it to our secure fax line at (512) 646-0801 or by snail mail to the following address. You will typically hear back from us within 24 hours of your application being received by our office.
