Link to Google Map From Central Austin and areas South of Hwy 183:
Take Mopac (Hwy 1) or IH-35 to Hwy 183. Go north on Hwy 183, past the Arboretum, and exit Duval Rd. At the light on Duval Rd, turn LEFT, and continue on Duval until it dead ends at Jollyville Road. Turn RIGHT on Jollyville Road heading north. You’ll pass Sonic on your right and the Balcones Post Office on your left. The very next building on your left is Synergy Plaza. (If you come to the light at Oak Knoll, you’ve gone too far.) Turn LEFT into Synergy Plaza. Our office is in Synergy Plaza North, which is the first building. When you enter the lobby, our office suite (#130) is straight ahead. The sign next to the door says “Arboretum Realty”. Come on in and ask for Chad.
From Cedar Park and surrounding areas:
Go south on Hwy 183 and exit Oak Knoll (which is after the McNeil Dr exit). At the light on Oak Knoll, turn RIGHT. At the very next light, turn LEFT on Jollyville Road heading south. Slow down when you see the second road on your right, Columbia Oaks Drive, because the entrance to Synergy Plaza is just 50 feet after that. Turn RIGHT into Synergy Plaza. (If you pass the Post Office, you’ve gone too far.) Our office is in Synergy Plaza North, which is the first building. When you enter the lobby, our office suite (#130) is straight ahead. From Round Rock and surrounding areas:
Go west on RR 620 or take McNeil Drive to get to Hwy 183. Go south on Hwy 183 and exit Oak Knoll (which is right after the exit for McNeil Drive). At the light on Oak Knoll, turn RIGHT. At the very next light, turn LEFT on Jollyville Road heading south.
