To receive our VA Refi Analysis Summary estimating your potential savings and assessing your minimum qualifications for this program, please do the following:

1.  Print and complete this form:  VA Refi Pre-Qualification Questionnaire.

2.  Get a copy of your most recent mortgage statement.  (NOTE: We can no longer refinance loan amounts under $80,000.)

3.  Fax or email your completed questionnaire and your mortgage statement to the email address or fax number at the bottom of the questionnaire form.

Upon receipt of your completed forms, we will prepare a VA Refi Analysis Summary for your review.  It will include a target interest rate as well as estimated closing costs and your new estimated monthly payment.  We will proceed with your loan application and the applicable disclosures once you have reviewed this preliminary information and have decided to proceed with refinancing.

The following items are NOT needed for pre-qualification, but will be needed before we lock your interest rate:

1. Settlement Statement - you were given this in your original closing package; please include the signature pages as well; not needed if your current VA loan was funded through our company.  Click here to see an example of this document.
2. Signed Mortgage Note - you were given this in your original closing package; says "NOTE" at the top; shows original loan amount, interest rate, and loan terms; please include all pages.  Click here to see an example of this document.
3. Existing Property Survey - you were also given this at closing; not needed if your current VA loan was funded with us; if you do not have a survey, the cost of a new survey will need to be included in your new loan.
4. Current Insurance Statement - this is for your homeowner's insurance; shows the current amount of dwelling coverage as well as your annual premium and when it is due; this is something your insurance agent can send you.
5. Driver's Licenses - include copies for all applicants.
6. Social Security Cards - include copies for all applicants.
