BUYING

Pre-Approval Application -> Use this form if you would like to be pre-approved to purchase a house, townhome, or condo, regardless of the type of loan you are using.  If you are purchasing raw land or a mobile or manufactured home, please call us first.  This pre-approval application will be processed as soon as possible and you will be contacted with an update by 5pm the first business day following the day of your submission.  Pre-approval is FREE to you.

Credit Only Pre-Qual -> Use this short form only if you are concerned about your credit scores or credit history and would prefer to have us review your credit report before proceeding with a full application.  This is a good option if you suspect your credit score is under 620.  This credit only form will be processed as soon as possible and you will be contacted with an update by 5pm the first business day following the day of your submission.  Pulling your credit is FREE to you.

REFINANCING

Refinance Analysis -> This is our recommended first step for refinancing so that you can consider the benefits of refinancing before actually applying (and without us pulling a credit report).  We will use this information to determine your refinance options and your potential savings and benefits.  If you choose to proceed with refinancing after reviewing this analysis, then we will have you complete the full pre-approval application above.  This analysis is FREE to you.

HOME EQUITY CONVERSIONS

Reverse Mortgage Proposal Request -> This is where to get started if you believe you are eligible for a reverse mortgage and you would like to see roughly how much money is available to you, without providing too much of  your personal information.   Once you have reviewed our written proposal and you would like to proceed with your reverse mortgage, we will complete the rest of the application with you by phone or email.  This proposal and consultation is free to you.
