Going to anyone else would be a waste of time. Chad kept us updated through every step of the loan process. His response time to questions and requests was almost immediate. Chad was glad to explain everything to us and answered every question we had thoroughly. We, our realtor, and the seller's realtor received updates on the loan process as they happened. We even had some issues with getting the funding through (closed on a Friday) but Chad made sure we had funding and the keys to our new home before the weekend.
